The platform was developed by Albina Fabiani specifically for the operational architecture of NuCELL NOVUS, the platform is a central interpretive and coordination infrastructure built on years of practically-collected physiological observations, operational statistics, adaptive sequencing refinement and real response-pattern dynamics tracked within the system.



The platform does not function as a standard software system or conventional analytical environment.
